英國《每日郵報》獨家報導，川普認為曾在歐洲多國開過畫展的史特龍，能「讓藝術文化更發揚光大」。史特龍今年初表態支持川普，他對進入政壇也很感興趣，但他能否順利進軍華府，要先通過美國國會這關。
Politico稱，目前白宮發言人最熱門人選仍是共和黨全國委員會發言人史派瑟（Sean Spicer），但交接團隊若干成員也極力推薦吉佛伊爾。據悉，吉佛伊爾與川普的女兒伊凡卡和女婿庫許納關係友好。
